Orders shipped within the continental United States are sent to street addresses via FED/EX Ground or UPS Ground, or by United States Postal Service to P.O. Boxes.
Orders shipped internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other United States Territories are sent using the best available method, depending on the order size and your location. These methods include Ground, Air, or Freight Service. Because these rates can vary greatly, they are calculated and billed separately (with your consultation and approval) from your online purchase at carehs.com. By law the contents of internationally shipped packages must be disclosed, as such we will correctly list the contents as "health care supplies" (or if more detail is required "incontinence supplies") where applicable.
Regardless which carrier or method is used to ship your order, the packaging and address label information will always be in the same manner.
Small orders/items may be shipped in a plain, white, padded shipping envelope with no added exterior markings other than the shipping label.
Large orders/items will be shipped in the smallest possible candidate from our standard compliment of box sizes.
Boxes will be plain brown cardboard with no added exterior markings other than the shipping label.
The contents of the package(s) will never be listed on the shipping label or packaging.
The sender of the package will be listed as CHSI.
